How does event discovery work?
The mobile app includes event search, location and date filters, and a map view. Open an event to explore its artwork, venue and essential details.
Where will I find my tickets?
My Tickets is the app’s home for current tickets and ticket history. Open a ticket to see the event information, its status and your entry pass.
How does entry work?
Open your personal ticket in the app and show its QR code at the entrance. The organizer scans it for the selected event. Your entry pass is personal; do not share its QR code.
Can I choose a different ticket recipient?
The app’s purchase flow includes a choice between yourself and someone else. When selecting another recipient, you enter their name and email address.
Can I purchase tickets on this website?
This website introduces Ritemo. Event discovery and ticket purchasing take place in the mobile app after public launch.
